A:It will depend on the ton of machine.Generally , the 25T machine can make the product within 100g . 38T/150g,50T /200g, 58T/250g,66T /300g ,88T/350g,130T /400g, 180T/450g, 280T /500g.

Q: What do you mean internal and external heating furnace?
A:Pls kindly note the heating wire out of the furnace is external heating electric furnace, the heating wire inside the furnace is internal heating electric furnace.
However, in comparison, the external heating electric furnace has the advantages of uniform heating and convenient maintenance. Therefore, customers who want to work with electricity generally buy an external heating electric furnace.But the internal heating electric furnace will save more energy than external heating electric furnace .(remark :Russia generally use internal furnace and iron crucible )
Q:The furnace melts the Zamak electrically? No diesel or gas needed?
A:Electric furnace only use electric to melt the Zamak diesel furnace use diesel to melt the materials gas furnace use gas to melt the materials

A: it will need the 420 degree to up to molten zinc .if it is diesel furnace , and the machine work continuously ,the oil consume is 6kg to melt zinc .but when it keep warm ,the oil consumption will be less .
اگر کوره الکتریکی داخلی باشد، و ماشین به طور مداوم کار کند، برای ذوب روی 27 کیلو وات مصرف می کند؛ اگر کوره الکتریکی خارجی باشد، و ماشین به طور مداوم کار کند، 54 کیلو وات برای ذوب روی مصرف می کند.
س: آیا دستگاه روغن کاری قالب دارد؟
